Who We Are

Jalandhar Running Club started with 4–5 friends who simply wanted to stay fit and live a healthy life. What began as casual morning runs soon grew into a strong running community.

Today, our club connects fitness enthusiasts across Jalandhar through group runs, marathon participation, shared experiences, and mutual motivation — all on a voluntary basis.

Dr. Sunil Sharma is the admin and mentor of Jalandhar Running Club. He guides beginners and experienced runners with practical tips for long-distance running, consistency, and marathon preparation — all in a supportive and friendly environment.
