Seven Years of Running Together

Reflecting on their journey, Sumeena Jalota Chohan shares:

“Our running journey over the past seven years has been great. Not just we are running, but we are running as a couple, and that’s our strength. It has become an inseparable part of our lives.

Running has taught us to be disciplined, patient and consistent. It has taught us that Rome was not built in a day, so be consistent and focused in whatever you do. You will definitely hit your targets.”
